How to report problems (system or software)

CIMENT problems can be simply reported by sending an email to or via the web interface at using your Perseus login.

Please try to give us relevant information, such as:

- when the problem occurred
- what machines were involved
- what was the operation affected by the problem (such as a job id or the web site or the cluster you were trying to access).

This will greatly improve our capacity to answer rapidly to your needs.

A ticket will be automatically created in our helpdesk (RT)
